Customize in sugarCRM's calendar. - open to bidding

Hi, i am just using sugarcrm CE version 6.5.16 (Build 1082). I am interesting in your custom code services for sugarCRM's mudule. Do you have a services for custom code to add some features into sugarCRM's module? My concept of the sugarCRM application that i want to configure are - Use two main modules and hide other modules from the top menu of sugarCRM, one is Leads module or create a custom module (base on person field) for record names, another one is calendar module for record search results history into sugarCRM's calendar (when the employee search in the Leads module or a custom module) and the employee come back to log-in into the sugarCRM application to view the search reslults history from the calendar(day/week/month/year ) - Add or change some custom fields at search results list view. - Record custom fields into search results list view such as the searching keywords, searching time, the total number of searching of each employee, the total number of searching by month of each employee, searching found, searching not found. - Display IP address of the employee and sent email notification to him if he log-in to the sugarCRM in the same time with different IP address.
