Absolutech, the Employer, would like to hire an Independent Contractor, to develop the front-end and the back-end of an online dating website. The Independent Contractor will be responsible to develop and implement all features as described in this document *******(See pdf attached)*******. The Employer prefers to use a PHP language basis with MYSQL DB. Please note that the selected Independent Contractor will have the opportunity to complete other similar projects with the Employer simultaneously (to be discussed).
The Independent Contractor must be able to communicate efficiently with the Employer on Skype in English (must), and deliver a quality product on time and on budget. The Employer will select the Independent Contractor based on 1) experience with similar development (50%), 2) budget (25%) and 3) delivery time (25%).
The mandate will start in April and the Employer is looking to have all the features implemented and tested in about 30-45 working days. Any delays in the website production will results in penalties (to be discussed).
