Deal website

Hi, after a few semi-professional websites, now, a few of my friends would like to set up an website that lists deals. We will not be working in the US market (and you may already know many deal sites like dealnews or dealsbuy). The features that we look for, - multiple web site editors will be able to post deals. They should be able to upload the picture (or just input its address), enter the description (that might include the link of the item as well). We should be able to put a very short words under the picture as well (like HOT). - We want to have a simple database with the following columns: (item name, item brand, price, URL address of the picture, date of the deal, seller, user rating, etc.). Our website should publish the deals using this database. Editors of the website should be able to access the database any time and add their own comments. - When the items are listed they could be rated by the users of the website who have to log in. (we should also be able to disable this feature). After the item is rate more than 10 times, its rating can be shown. - Each deal should be under some category (that could be added or modified) and when you click any category, deals under that category should be listed. - Links to the products should not be direct. They should be processed and counted. Other than that a second page should be opened that gives the full details about the deal. This second page should also have the other deals under the same category. - Report errors should be available. (link broken, price mistake, etc.) Feel free to ask questions.
