Develop social networking site

We are going to start a social network, but need qualified programmers to develop the webpage for us. Basically, we want a site that have most of the same functionalities as www.biznik.com. What we need to know is what a site like [login to view URL] would cost to develop and how much time it would take? The finished product would be quite different from their site, but we would like to get a indication of what it would take to develop something similar. The finished product must be very flexible, and possible to build upon to add new features, modules, etc. So made from the bottom up, and not based on finish made templates/systems that are difficult to tweak and expand. Start-up of the project would be asap! We encourage especially developers from Chile to bid for this project, as we are going to participate in the Start-Up Chile program (see [login to view URL]). More details and wireframe will of course be provided to the winning team. We understand that it is difficult to give an exact price and time assumption, but we are only looking for an approximate figur. A binding contract with all details will be created in cooperation with the winning team after the bidding round.
