I am looking for a Database Developer or Programmer to accomplish this task. We would like to find someone located on the East Coast of the USA, if not they need to be able to communicate in English. The website needs to be able to have people enter in information about themselves (a bio) and the website will match the information entered and go out to other websites and gather any information that matches and send the original person an email about what they found. I want it to able to have sponsor advertising on the pages by zip codes. The website MUST be able to search a database that is entered in by companies that will pay a small fee to participate then the bios that were entered in it will search for any keywords that were entered and send email notifications. Lets say that someone gets arrested and it says they were from a "town" well then if someone has that "town" in there bio then it will send them an email. The service needs to be free at first then we will have to charge for the service.
