A Youtube clone with advertising options

[login to view URL] To design a website based on youtube so that customers can upload videos with how to guides in catagories (mainly electronics such as computers, cell phones and house hold goods), Users (for a fee) can upgrade their video to hyper link the tools/parts in their list to their website so customers can purchase the items to fix it themselves. If the customer does not want to use their space to advertise products, they can sell their space via the site for use BUT they need to pay the advertising fee to us first! The design must be fresh (not a template) and stylish easy to use and secure. Must demonstrate something a little different! Logo design will be required as part of this project. A ratings and comments system simular to youtube needs to be there, all videos need to be admin vetted prior listing on the site. Will require google optimising such as [login to view URL] and if possible uploading to search indexes.. Must be google beautiful :) The payment system is to be designed involving Barclays epdq card payments and paypal for advertising hyper link fees. People listing videos are to also have an option to be donated to via paypal to their specified account for their contribution! Good Image design would be essential, I would prefer the site to be made in PHP but I am open to other language suggestions. I would describe this project to be aimed as youtube clone and to have a wide range of catagories of stuff that people could fix at home from electrical items to anything anyone would want to talk about being fixed! A live user chatroom needs to be added to run (a new designed or an existing) stylish IRC applet (one that doesnt require the user to do alot to run it).
