A website built

I manage a competitive Call of Duty team and also host tournaments weekly. So far I have used a website, [login to view URL], to do the brackets for my tournaments. I would like to create a website that can hold some information about the teams that I sponsor and also be completely set up to host tournaments. This would mean an engine that would collect team names and put them on a bracket. This would also mean teams having to create usernames to sign their teams up for the tournaments and include all participants. I would also like their to be a credit system so that I can charge teams credits to enter a tournament. A link to pay-pal for this makes the most sense to me. There are several websites online that you could mimic for this. The most evolved would be [login to view URL], but there are simpler ones that would make most sense like [login to view URL] The most important part about the website is that it is a place that I can announce tournaments. A place that teams can sign up for these tournaments. A place where they can see their team matchups and see the results of the tournament as it progresses. Lastly, for me to make money, I need the website to be able to have players pay to enter tournaments. I would of course give out prize credits/rewards. I know this seems like a ton, but there are other websites there to guide you which should make it much easier. I will take the bid that makes the most since monetarily, but also seems to give me most what I want. Once signed on I would provide information to put on the website and give as much information and detail as I could to help. I simply want to know if it can be done and how much it would cost.
