CRE Loaded Website Order Emails not Sent

I have a problem with cre loaded 6.2 website. The customer order emails are not being sent. The customer welcome message is sent, just not the email confirming the order. Also i use cpanel hosting / webmail to receive email messages. I want all emails received to be forwarded to me at home to my home email address and have set this up. However only direct emails, sent directly to the webmail email address (from another email account) are being forwarded. Any messages sent via the website, such as customer welcome emails, gift voucher emails etc are not being forwarded (even though i can see them via webmail in the inbox). There seems to be some intermittend email sending problems with both the CRE Loaded website and also my hosting email forwarding. I have used many other CRE Loaded websites and CPanel - and have never had any problems setting this up before. Its almost like the website has blocked my email address or something similar. Someone that knows their way around CRE Loaded, CPanel/Webmail and also DNS type stuff would be great. As mentioned all direct emails (sent from another email account) to and from the domain email address work and forward perfectly its only the website generated emails by CRE Loaded (and also those that aren't generated at all) that are a problem. (hosting is linux / cpanel)
