ACT 8 Customisation

I am looking to customise ACT Version 8 from Sage. The product has an opportunities tab which allows you to create new sales opportunties with defined processes and stages. I want a function that when an opportunity stage within an an opportunity process is changed, then it automatically kicks off one a specified activity series for the contact that the opportunity is related to. I will also need to be able to overide this function so I will need a warning box after the opportnity stage is changed that allows me to accept the specified activity series or pick another one. I will also need to be able to assign which activity series relate to which opportunity stage within each opportuity process. Bearing in mind that I can create new opportunties process and stages - i will need to administer the link between these and the activity series that are created. If an activity series has already been created for a contact and the opportunity stage changes (hence creating a new activity series). The system will need to warn me that this contact already has an activity series applied to them and give me the opportunity to cancel the existing activity series and replace it with the new one dictated by the change in opportunity stage or to just add the new activity series. This will be run over a Network of 3 ACT licenses. If you dont know ACT then you wont understand what I am talking about!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP ACT Version 8
