Access based database solution

An Access based database solution is required for a relatively simple inventory system to manage and report transactions and physical quantities of metals and other items involved in the manufacturing of jewellery. The basic proceeses are listed in the diagram attached. In essence ;  Purchases are made from Statndard Suppliers/Vendors or from retail customers of old gold and received in central store  Issues are made out of central store of a mix of metals to Casting Department for processing into semi-processed metal for Jewellers  Semi Processed metal is received from Casting Department , with some loss made in processing from burn off  Issues are made to individual jewellers of various semi ??"processed metals for use in manufacture of jewellery by Job number  Returns are received from Jewellers of un-used semii-processed  Finished goods are transferred to Retail Store The Access Data base is to have a series of Input forms for entry of ; 1. Master Data Items 2. Transactions They would write to an appropriate table structure. The key items are the reports that are derived that ; 1. List transaction by various dimensions 2. Material balance values 3. Purchase Volumes 4. Job listing ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
