Advanced Java developers wanted (repost)

We seek **several experienced Java developers** to progress and finalize the construction and **global launch of a new Internet based collaboration platform.** We invite coders eager to **enrich our development** through their innovative **visions** and their full **understanding** of state-of-the-art **application design and implementation.** In return, we promise to respond to your ideas with open-mindedness, an international open team and a modern development set up. **You qualify if you can meet the following conditions most closely: ** a) good language and communication skills in English (written and spoken) b) available on Skype most of the time during normal business hours in your time zone c) a proven success record in Java and Java Swing development (minimum 3 years experience and current) d) current knowledge of and practical experience with contemporary software engineering and development concepts. e) sufficiently fast internet connection to our servers and your development machine provided by us via remote desktop or VNC. f) daily reporting of results, progress, issues and effort via our collaboration platform g) capability to create from high level specifications results which match or top state-of-the-art implementations of modern applications (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, etc) by filling in the blanks by yourself or via team communications triggered by you. h) able to work for us constantly at least 20 hours per week. More, even full time, would be better. Our collaboration platform is already developed and running. But there is still a lot of work left to complete the product for general availability and its launch in the 4th quarter 2009. You might have wondered what happened to this bid request and whether it is still active. Yes, it is and we start now to select coders based on your feedback given. Unfortunately, this bid request was by accident and unintentionally automatically canceled by RAC background processes. So, that was fixed.
