Alter Graphic work

This project is for a logo for the site: [login to view URL] and requires people skilled in Photoshop. If you go to the website, you'll see the logo/graphic in the top left of the page. What I'm looking to do is to have this image converted to a stand alone logo file. No background. Text and graphic in blue. Medical graphic behind text should be a halftone. I want this logo vectorized so it can enlarge and shrink. The logo should all be one color (a blue to coordinate with the website), although I will also want it in black and white too.
