Application to manage multiple web sites

I have a concept I'd like to get priced for a web application that manages multiple web sites. This application would be offered via subscription basis so it would need to be encrypted and tied to a shopping cart software that tracks the subscriptions. The application would need to be installed on web servers using either a non-cpanel or cpanel interface. It would also require an AJAX interface to ease usability. ## Deliverables This is a pretty big project when you take into account that not only is the base application that manages the web sites needed, but also the subscription component to bill potential customers. I have wireframes and additional details available to those who believe they can accomplish this project. Keep in mind I am not a business with deep pockets but a web user with an idea where I am looking for a long-term partner to help develop into a successful product. If all works out well this will be but the first of many projects centered around this product.
