Auction website plans and design needed

This is a job for a company to give us **plans only** We need multiple ideas/plans with cost analysis for an auction/trading website which we can use to get bids for the actual site build. We are looking to build a simple, low cost very user friendly 100% functional site with a very clean and streamline look. We need you to provide us with 5 or more options with projected costs so we can evaluate and decide how we will proceed with the full job. ## Deliverables This is a job for a company to give us **plans only** We need multiple ideas/plans with cost analysis for an auction/trading website which we can use to get bids for the actual site build. Your plans need to include;- * ideas on front page layout and clickable screens to navigate the site - examples of what we need are similar to [login to view URL] but much more simplified * the costs and work involved in coding the site for auctions etc. * the ability to use usernames, passwords for customer accounts and their funds/bidding credits available to view and edit. * the different options of payment processing (payments to the website for services and payments between the site users) must be very secure and also user friendly. More information about the site is available but will only be explained to trusted and competent companies or individuals. For now we are just looking to get our ideas looking how we see them on paper and also to use your influences to make the site more appealing and user friendly for customers.
