Company Records and Contacts

I need I asp website developed using asp or asp.net and mysql or msaccess database. it should have simple interface to basically keep records for my stores for easy access at any time. I need to store comapany Information such name address etc. other information also will be linked to that company such vendors information that i deal with. Plus a table to store all important data such busines liscense with ability to upload a scanned copy of what i need stored. so when i need any piece of information i can search the company and then from the company screen i can list all vendors, employees, documents, etc. also for employees table i like to be able to upload scanned documents of the applications, driver liscense copy, etc. and do the same thing for the vendors to upload copy of the invoices i receive. all tables should be linked by the company number. if it possible to store all of teh uploaded documents in the database instead of the directory on the drive. that way the database will hold all information. once the bid is accepted i can generate the tables structure and tha datebase in msaccess format with the fields that sould be filled by the user or should be autamitically populated such date added, time added, who added the itemes. one thing i forgot to mention that all employees should have a seperate username and password to login. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows
