You are bidding on a "Proof of Concept" project that will become a bigger project if you are able to correctly do what I explain. Please do not bid unless you think you can accomplished the outlined goal, it's not as simple as it may seem at first.
The goal of this project is to install a windows system level hook (Win 2000, Win XP, Win 2003) that replaces all (or most) right click context menus. Here is what the code should do:
a) For all applications that use the standard microsoft popup window class, this class will be custom drawn. The custom drawing will have a 2 pixel orange border and a white background instead of the system default colors.
b) The hook will then then pass along the message or use whatever the developer selects as a technique to list the original context menu items. The hook will add a title ("TESTING") to the top of the custom drawn menu and then add the original items under it.
C) Mouse Over Items will underline the selection and change the text color to blue instead of the standard context menu class (which is inverse).
D) Must include an NSIS installer file (.NSI) that includes and uninstall as well.
E) Must be MFC static linked.
Payment is made upon working source. I'm new to RAC but I'm the largest buyer on another similar site with over 300 projects in the last 3 years.
