Convert Simple VB6 DLL to VB.NET 2005

We have a DLL that was created in VB6 that we would like it converted to VB.NET to support the same functionality. I have attached the DLL and a VBS file that details all the functions of the file. It is really small and simple code. I will give the full source code to the acepted bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
