Coupon Layout Software

Need someone to create a downloadable software This could also be web based the requires a signup with a subscription. The software should also be set to expire every 30 days because this will be a membership type deal so if they don't pay their fees they won't get email a new password for the software to continue working. The user can choose the layout of the main page which will allow him to chose the page size and number of coupons if its just one on that page make the page have a box for 1 if it is to have 2 coupons create a line so he can put 2 coupons on the page or 3 and then 4 would be the most dividing it into 4 equal squares. Once he chooses the layout of the coupon he will be able to just double in the layout boxes to add text and images/logo to the coupon. Once he lays everything out it will allow him to save it to a pdf so he can upload the file to the site for printing. It will have to be set for page layout of Sidefold Booklet (not book) and have facing pages and dual master pages. The templates should be able to be use for full page, half page, 1/3 page or 1/4 page. The idea is so that the consumer can create their own coupon book and send it directly to printer.
