Debug Web Application on IIS

We need someone to install our Web based PHP Application on Windows XP Professional running IIS/MySQL/Php and debug a specific problem we have seen. Basic steps are : 1) install IIS on Windows XP Professional 2) install MySQL 3) install PHP 4) install the QaTraq application 5) debug the start up error This may need should be repeated twice for the following setups: Windows XP Php 4 and Mysql 4 Windows XP Php 5 and Mysql 5 The error we are seeing has been highlighted by a user as follows: "There is a mismatch between the database version and files version. Please check installation." Installing on Windows/XAMPP and Linux works without any problems so we know this is specifically an issue with installs running IIS Install instructions for QaTraq (on Winodws/Apache) can be found here: [login to view URL] (these install instructions are for Apache but can be usedas an example of how the install should be completed) Latests version of the application (qatraq_6_3_beta) can be found here: [login to view URL] (you MUST use qatraq_6_3_beta) A bonus will be paid for a well documented list of steps taken to install QaTraqon IIS (ideally so that we have something we can turn into a specific install document for IIS) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
