data entry - enter numbers into vb interface

I've got an access db with a vb interface that I need some data entered into it. The data needs to be entered through the vb interface, and is found in the attached excel spreadsheet. Basically, if you install the attached "toll free database" exe then run it, you'll get a window with four options. I'll need you to click on "enter script", then to enter a new script, click on "create new script", and enter one of the numbers from the "script number (column D)" column in the .xls file. Each number only needs to be entered once. When you're finished close that window, then click on "enter Toll-Free number", and then to enter a new number, click "Create New Number" Each 800- number in the file needs to be entered, and assigned to the proper script number. You can leave the "Start date" alone. there are about 15 script numbers, and about 380 800- numbers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
