Adaptation of a Contact Form 7 add-on plugin

We need a rewritten version of a simple Wordpress add-on plugin for another Wordpress plugin: Contact Form 7. The plugin is called Contact Form 7 Nimble Add-on. In its current state, the plugin enables you to pass data (leads) from a Contact Form 7 plugin to Nimble (a sort of CRM system). We need a variation of the plugin that passes data (on submit) from Contact Form 7 forms to our own REST API instead of Nimble. The cURL code needs to be changed. An example that works with our API is attached (with a non-working API key for security reasons). The plugin needs to support a few more form fields than the current version of the plugin does and a few of the existing ones needs to be taken out. There is a "Map fields" settings page for admin, where the admin can map the Contact Form 7 form fields in use. The extra fields need to be added here as well. Our API has a sandbox in case it is needed, but probably not necessary, since we supply the needed cURL code.
