Add Content To Wordpress Conditionally Based On URL

I have a site ([login to view URL]) running WooCommerce 2.10 on Wordpress 3.5 using the Bazar theme ([login to view URL]) On the shop page, I am using the WooCommerce Layered Navigation Widget, which generates a URL each time the user selects an attribute. For example, when the user clicks on "Cardigan", the page refreshes and the URL becomes "[login to view URL]", which displays cardigans. When the user selects "Pullover", the page refreshes and the URL becomes "[login to view URL]". I need to be able to insert content in a above the products conditionally, depending on whether or not a page has a certain URL. For example, if the URL is "[login to view URL]" I want to be able to insert some text that says "You're looking at cardigans". If the URL is "[login to view URL]" I want to be able to insert an image advertising pullovers. I do not need you to implement a long list of these conditionals. Just create a couple, explain how to add additional ones, and your job is complete.
