Add text on image, submit post - Wordpress plugin

Hi, I need a Wordpress plugin, that would let site visitors add text on image and submit it as a post. There are basically two part of the plugin. Part 1. This would include uploading image to server. Adding text to image. Editting options like multiple texts, font, font size, font color, outline, text placement. Saving the image. Part 2. Submitting the image as a post into wordpress site. This would include creating thumbnails/medium size images. Adding watermark. JPEG Compression. Image moderation. I have the part 2 done. It's a separate Wordpress plugin that lets user submit images as posts. I need someone to code the Part 1 portion and integrate it with the existing plugin, or create a new plugin that has both Part 1 and Part 2. I think integrating with the existing plugin would be an easier option. You can see the plugin (part 2) in action here: [login to view URL] For part 1, I need something like [login to view URL] List of features I need for part 1. 1) Option to add multiple draggable texts so that one can place the text anywhere on image. 2) Option to change font, font size, color. 3) Text should be outlined. A tick box to disable outlining. 4) Scale down large pics to a resolution of 1600x1600 px. 5) Download image option. List of features needed for part 2. 1) All submissions are posted as drafts. 2) Thumbnails are created based on Wordpress settings. 3) Option to set upload folder. 4) Watermark options. 5) JPEG Compression Please bid only if have properly read the project and you're sure that can handle it well.
