Basic Wordpress Theme and Design...

We're a small company of 5 individuals. We're currently looking for an individual that can help us with a fairly easy task. We've installed a unique plugin that allows us to run our own min-directory on a Wordpress platform. The plugins are installed but there are some adjustments that need to be made. Unfortunately my programmer is "knee deep" in a client launch project and he does not have the time to work on this. I need someone that has strong knowledge of Wordpress and someone that can do some basic design. This is not a big project and all we really need is someone that can do some basic design for the directory. Changing colours and adding a button here and there is really all that is required for this project. The theme will be white with grey writing. This is not going to be complicated so if you're bidding outrageous rates, I won't be able to use you on this project. I can e-mail more details to anyone that is interested.
