Change 3 pages of my current rental website into Wordpress

Hi My client has a website for rentals, but wants to have it converted to wordpress. The current website pages (I made them) are php. I work with wordpress myself, but need 3 pages of the website converted into wordpress; the homepage ([login to view URL]), one of the listing pages ([login to view URL]), and one page with other info ([login to view URL]). Once these 3 pages are ready, I will do all other pages. The 3 pages should have the same content as the current ones, the listing page must have a photogallery, and most important; the listing page has a booking possibility, this works with XML feeds, this has to work in wordpress too! The current homepage has a 'search' option, where visitors can search the listings through XML feeds, this has to come on the homepage too. I need a solution too to have this 3 pages working online, please let me know what solution you have to have the current site online while we are working on the wordpress site, and update everything when the wordpress site is ready. I'm fine if you use a template that you already worked with, even better, to lower the costs.
