Convert HTML/Bootstrap theme into Wordpress Front end/admin themes

Hi

Attached is a Twitter Bootstrap based HTML template.

I want you to convert it into Wordpress templates--> separately for Admin section and Front end.

Also, both the front end and admin templates should have options for setting the main colors in the CSS--> these sections should be listed along with a color picker next to each section--> user can choose color or gradient from color picker--> which will automatically generate the CSS--> your plugin should store the generated CSS into WP. I already have the color/gradient generator plugin with me.

Another thing--> the WP admin plugin should automatically check all available CSS elements in the admin CSS, compare it with the CSS elements available in the generated HTML-> WP Admin CSS, and simply show a list of CSS elements that are not there in the converted WP Admin template. This will be used when WP is upgraded--> so that if the new WP has additional CSS tags the plugin will let me know about the extra tags. It should send an email to the superadmin (in WPMU) listing the new version of WP, and the additional tags. When your plugin first runs it should store the list of existing CSS tags in WP admin (so that it can later compare this list with the new list of admin CSS tags when WP is upgraded). It should also store the WP version for which it is storing the list of admin CSS tags. (This should happen even when WP is upgraded--> so list of WP admin tags for successive WP versions should be stored). And I should be able to manually change the list of tags (that your plugin has stored).

Finally, your plugin for WP admin should generate the CSS and other files and make them available in a Zip file to me--> so that I can then store it. Also it should automatically replace the default admin CSS with the generated CSS. Finally, you have to add a hook to your Admin CSS plugin so that it can run automatically whenever WP is upgraded. However this should be set by an admin setting--> when I set this option to "Yes" it means by default it should run whenever WP is upgraded--> when I set this setting to "No"--> it should not automatically run (when WP is upgraded).
