Convert a HTML/CSS frontpage to Wordpress. Attached file is the HTML file and a screenshot of the design.

I need someone to start this project right away.

You need to make a template with:

- Sticky post

- two sidebars

- one category post with medium size image

- a category list with thumbnails, title and excerpt. (With use of post thumbnails).

Its just the [url removed, login to view] i need for now.
