Copy wp project to subfolder (creating copy and not moving)

I have a wordpress based website on root foolder. I have to create the exact copy of it in its subfolder. Note that I should create working copy (and not just moving website to subfolder). As a result there would be two working websites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I have copied all files and databaes, but it is not working (website is working partly, but I cannot access wp-admin). I know that some additional configuration should be done, but I do not know which. This is simply project, no coding is required, some configuration or something like this. Please bid if you can done this today (in next 5 hours). Please, when bidding write - how many hours and fixed price. Also include wp-copy-in-subfolder text into your post, otherwise I would not accept a bid.
