Customize Wordpress theme + some new features

I am looking for a Wordpress Expert who can assist me with customizing a commercialy bought theme. The installation is working fine, but I want some stuff changed/added. Main features: - First featured article bigger, title and intro visible - 2nd featured article is not being used - Allow users to sent in article or multimedia that can be published after review by webmaster - Advertising image slider with some form of ad management (upload image, auto scale image, duration, count clickouts etc) - Signup for newsletter including advanced management for lists Example of used theme at [login to view URL] Please provide links to custom WP-installations that you programmed/designed/delivered
