Designer & programmer for Wordpress sites(2-8 pcs per month)

We are looking for someone to undertake the design and production fase of 2-8 WordPress sites for us every month, someone who is stable and most importantly, will meet ALL agreed deadlines! Our web agency have always outsourced the design and production fase, we are responsbile for everything else, sale, hosting and administration. Now we are looking for a new freelancer(or maybe more than one?)since our old is too unstable, provide a poor quality, is incompetent compared to general Wordpress development and do not comply with agreed deadlines. All sites must be adapted and customized to our clients need, not just a standard twenty eleven template(everything must look unique), therefore programming skills is just as necessary as the design aspect. Number of sites per month: Can fluctuate widely, all from 2 to 8 pcs. Number of desired plugins per site: On average approx. 4-7 plugins per site, installed and adapted to client's wishes(max 10 pr client). Plugins that should normally be installed and adapted to our customers needs: Contact form Extended contact form image slider Standard widgets Language change option Google map / places news Module (small and simple) Booking System We provide a complete text design guide(full description of the client's needs)as well as pictures and any other material for the job. You make a PSD file, after client accepts the PSD. Then you program the site, after client accepts the design Then you setup our client's content, after client accepts the complete design Then we pay the last 50% and you install on our server(we use cPanel). Expected / desired production time from order to delivery is approximately 30 days. Unless the customer is very cumbersome and difficult to aim happy. (for example, by more than 2 correction rounds in both the PSD / integration phase with our customers) NOTE: All drafts/PSD files/demo sites must be delivered with Danish stock text(we will provide) NO english. If you do, this would be a huge plus! If not no problem! NOTE!: We are VERY careful in selecting our new producer/freelancer(s), we just stopped working with a VERY poor Indian web agency. There we had extremely bad experiences, and therefore it is important you are competent, got a fair price, provide a high quality, know all about WordPress and most importantly meet all deadlines we agree.
