Adobe Flex w/XML-RPC

We require someone familiar with Adobe Flex and XML-RPC to manipulate an existing Flex project. The final website will show energy consumption and environmental data (retrieved using XML-RPC) in a building. The current need is for development of (3) sites that are all very similar. Moving forward, we will need further assistance developing the infrastructure for hundreds more.
## Deliverables
We require someone that is a good communicator. There will be a lot of coordination to make this site just right.
Moving forward, this could become a great opportunity to work with a fast growing company in the green building industry that is working all over the country. We have many employees and contractors that live and work all around the US.
If it is acceptable for you, we would consider a straight labor rate so you can invoice us directly for all of your time. Otherwise, a fixed price is acceptable.
