Attach pre-built backend admin

We currently have a beginning project that we are soliciting a coder for. (We create our design, and provide them in slices, to the coder. The site must be sliced in such a way that the coder can attach our custom built backend administration to the website.) 1. Coder will view our other sites with same backend administrations and should be able to jump our code to use on new installs. (Grab the code from the multitudes of other sites we have developed, and install same backend administrations on new websites that are ready for backend programming.) 2. Coder will be able to take images that are provided and make the website a working site with the backend administration for clients to access and update their sites with. 3. Coder will be available for debugging during betatesting after work is complete. 4. Although most of our sites are centered fixed-width designs, we occassionally have a site that needs to be modified for liquid design. (expands and collapses according the user screensize and resolution.) In these cases, we do design for the "stretch" point within the design. 4. This first project of 4 more that are forthcoming, will be a simple backend administration which allows the client to do their own textual updates. (A content management system) An NDA will be required prior to giving coder access to our previously developed backend admins/software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MySQL is very cross platform. Coder needs to be experienced with MySQL database techniques. After completion website should be viewable per W3C standards, in top browsers and platforms. We have our own servers and shall provide all necessary access once we make our decision on hire. We will provide a point person to work with chosen coder, and coder will need to be able to work with our project manager as well. Thank you
