An Automated system to generate a site map for Google.

The user shall input the URL of his site and the developed package shall check and report
all broken links.
If broken links are found, the user shall be advised that he/she MUST correct broken
links before continuing and details of the broken links shall me listed to the user.
When there are no broken links within the site, the package shall offer to generate a site
map in one of 3 forms.
As a txt file
As an HTML page
As a n XML file for compression into a .gz file for submission to Google
Where a txt file or an html page of the site map has been created, the user shall input the
URL of his site and the file shall be uploaded to the root directory at that address.
Where a .gz file is specified, each site page name shall be shown to the user who is then
able to specify the frequency that Google shall visit the specified page, IE Daily, Weekly
or Monthly and the .XML file shall be anotated accordingly.
When the has been done for each page the .xml file shall be compressed as a .gz file and
shall be uploaded on demand by the user to the root directory of the user's site.
When the file has been uploaded, the user shall be given the URL

to enable him or her to advise Google of the new site map.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
