Boarding Pet Tool

We need a tool created where animal clinics can send a letter home from their pet. This tool needs to allow the animal clinic to choose a letter from a saved collection of letters, customize it to the animal and send it to the animal's owner. The email address of the animal owner needs to be able to be saved. The letters should also be able to be scheduled out over time so the animal clinic can do a weeks worth, for example, for one animal or all the animals in their care. The clinic should also be able to insert their own letters they create and save it as future templates for future pets that stay at the clinic. The option of adding a picture to the letter should also be included. This tool should also include history of mailing for each animal and a place to keep animals in the system so the clinic just has to click on the animal, click on the letter, edit it, add picture if wished and send it.
