Browser optimization for website css

I have designed and coded a website in CSS but it does not display accurately in all browsers, specifically i.e 6. The site does not display consistently in any browser and I require someone to look at the files and optimize the site for i.e versions 5-8, safari 2-4, netscape and firefox. I also require someone to ensure that all the elements on the page are consistent from page to page. There are issues with certain button on the page not being in consistent places on anyone page. In some browsers the navigation shifts. Lastly I require a blog/wordpress interface added to the home page only. The blog will displayed on the home page only. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
