Build basic webpage...that can

I am in the process of redesigning my webpage and adding hundreds of pages of content. Here is my site: <[login to view URL]> Here is another page that I want to use to combine both of those pages: <[login to view URL]> 1) I want to create content pages that use the basic frame of my main page but the articles on the adsense page. 2) The basic page must contain the borders and header of my main page. 3) The middle part of the page where I have on my main page listings of work at home jobs and opportunities I want to list articles similar to the [login to view URL] page with a blog feed such as the one listed on that page. 4) The other things I want on the webpage you build will be the blue links targeting my keywords earn money at home, earn money etc. and the signup for my newsletter box and the "Top 5 Opportunities" listed towards the bottom of the page. Those 3 things I want on the page towards the bottom after the articles and blog feed. 5) Currently the blog feed is at bottom of adsense page. On the new design I want the blog feed 1st at the top of the page under my adsense code. 6) Under my adsense code at the top of the page I want a title such as: Information and Articles on Adsense similar to what you see on this page: [http://][1][login to view URL] 7) The "Site News" I want to be able to update that on the main page of my website and all other pages update as well. 8) Page must not contain any html or coding erros via the [login to view URL] as I will check site using [[login to view URL]][2] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This job is very easy for anyone with some experience so turnaround shouldnt be long.
