We want a new "software" for a webpage where we sell business cards. First page: Customers choose a template Second page: template chosen on first page, is shown. Choose how many cards and language on card. customers enter the information they want (name, etc.) Third: A simple "WYSIWYG"-editor (black text-capability editor with limited features) where visitors can write/design their own text on the backside of the card, customers can choose a template for the backside of the card, or they can choose not to order a backside. Fourth: Information from first, second and third page is shown: - picture of the template from first page - information from the second page - backside is shown(/not shown) - customers enter their delivery address+ - price - Customer receives a confirmation-email (and to one of our e-mails) * Step overview * Change of entered information on previous pages (** Simple interface where we can log in and see/access the orders) This is a short overview of what we want, and we have more details if anyone is interested. We need the possibility to change the software on our own.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
