Community Site - will need WAP mirror

Development of Phase I of a New Online Community-Personals site. The following is the description of the first phase, of the basic tools needed to start functioning. The Phase I intends to cover the regular and very basic functions of an online community and personals messaging site. Both System Admin and Online Functions are basic, and need to be scalable to expand the site, and easily manage a 100K users community. There is one basic difference with regular sites: every member will create just one account ??"which will be his Mobile phone number- which would allow them to have two (or more in the future) ‘visible’ profiles created, although allowing only just one active at each moment. This will allow users to have a Profile created for each need. There will be a Defaul Non English European Language, but will have to be prepared to easily develop other languages as well (page-texts built from DB fields, as variables or other solution?) In a future phase, the Website community will be integrated with an imode chat system already in place. A future imode tool to integrate this tool will be created in the next stage, not to be budgeted here. This will mean that once integrated, users (unless they mark it otherwise) will always be online, either through their online pc or through their mobile connection open to receive sms messages. Video Messages and Sound Messages will be in a next phase, system has to be able to include them. Wireframes and Designs will be provided or need to be budgeted separately. Will need a WAP mirror of it, with the same functions ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): see file 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Freeware is preferred (Linux, MySql, PHP) although it will depend on needs discovered and proposals (.Net, etc..). We are open to Discuss functions and DB needs too.
