Convert PSD or Screenshot to Wordpress Theme

Hello,
I need a web site converted into an installable Wordpress theme/template.
The usual expectations apply: valid css, xhtml, etc.
Is it acceptable to you to use a Screenshot? Or would you prefer a PSD or other file? Just let me know.
I've uploaded two screenshots for your to view. One is a 2-column theme and the other is a 3-column theme. I prefer the 2-column theme for now. For bidding purposes please bid on the 2-column theme. However, please PMB me and include your bid for both. If it makes sense I will do both. Or is it easy in Wordpress to convert a 3-column theme to a 2-column one?? I don't know.
Finally, the attached images show a header larger than what I need. I would need one that measures 800 x 150. Then of course the remaining body area and footer would only be 800 px wide too.
I would think that this is a pretty simple project for someone with experience and knows what they are doing.
