I need you to take the HTML below and do 2 things:

1. Make it cross-browser compatible. Right now it works with Chrome and Firefox. It needs to work with Chrome, Firefox, IE6+. (It looks terrible in all versions of IE).

2. Move the CSS out into separate files.

PLEASE include a link to previous CSS/XHTML work you've done before. I will test the cross-browser compatibility using:? [url removed, login to view]

Bids without links to previous work will be ignored. I need this done within 5 days of bid-acceptance.

Sorry for the confusion, coders. That HTML code in a previous broadcast message is actually okay. (Barring the grey borders on the side, due to a transparent PNG I'm using - don't worry about that.) The problem comes in with the content that the client added. Please bid based on fixing this page: [url removed, login to view] Specifically the code inside . In other words, leave all the code before and after

. Only fix the code inside the "wrapper" div. I'm a coder myself but don't have the time to do this. I'm mentioning that fact because I will be testing your work and if you don't do it properly, I'll know. So please read and re-read the paragraph above and only bid if you understand and can fix the problem.
