CyWorld.com MiniMe MiniRoom Clone

I am looking to have a [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] "like" MiniMe Avator Creator & MiniRoom virtual room module for a social networking site. The functionality would be very similiar to the sites listed about. The user would be able to create their avator and place "him / her" in their MiniRoom. They would be able to choose items to place in the MiniRoom just like on CyWorld. Some items would be free, others would have a cost associated with them. Unlike CyWorld and NPool, I would like there to be a MiniRoom (indoor) and a MiniPlace (outdoor). The MiniPlace would be so the user could place cars, boats, trees, house, etc. The back-end application server would be ColdFusion 8 with a MySQL database server. The MiniMe, MiniRoom and MiniPlace module would need to interact with these technologies. Please provide me with a rough estimate price and we can talk firm numbers and fine details later.
