Dedicated PHP Programming *EXPERT* needed

In search of someone who follows PHP programming protocol to the UTMOST. No messy code. No lazy code. No shortcuts. No highly elaborate code. Quality coding with extreme attention to detail. We are in need of someone who can be available to us for ongoing PHP work. The most important criteria are: 1) Fluent English Speaking 2) Quick Turnaround 3) A lot of availability 4) Responsiveness 5) Unbilled Bug Fixing 6) Clean, proper, logical coding. Optional skills still very important: 1) OSCommerce Experience 2) PHPBB Forum Experience Everything from day to day mini projects to larger more elaborate web applications will be needed. We have enough work right now to last you a good 3 to 4 months of solid working... I would really prefer a programmer in the United States who is not 18 years old and living at home still.
