[login to view URL] runs on Joomla software 1.0.11 Stable The site needs both cosmetic changes and possible code troubleshooting as implementation of add-ons sometimes causes site breakage.. Main work overview - Optimized site loading design - Custom Theme Changes or Custom Theme manipulation of Joomla Specifics - White Background Center in middle of the site - Removal of or Smaller RSS Feed Logo's were possible specifically google and msnbc - Customization of RSS feeds (specifically want to get google feed looking better with pictures in the center just like msnbc) - Implementation of a feed called "Green Business News" (not activated) but breaks site.. running above "Sustain Lane" on left side of joomla site - Customization of "Green Blogs" RSS feed with bullet points and underlines, this may include installing a new rss feed module or customized html for the feed. - Redo 1 logo and all 8 buttons for booth joomla theme and 8 html pages (up top). Technical: Remove button "Green Lenders" replace with new link/image "Green Mortgages" above Greenbuzz box top right side of joomla template also this is where logo will be replaced custom logo for webpage green_lenders.htm. And then redo all links to fit including widening or whatever’s easiest. When redoing all buttons, button labeled "GREEN IRAS" to become "GREEN IRA" See image for new special top right button “Green Mortgages” - Modify main logo of Joomla Theme (upper-right) states change wording "a sustainable" into black text (it is a logo) For html pages - Green Appraisers page will have custom State logo with words "a sustainable green nation" replaced with "appraising a green nation" with the color changed on "appraising a" to black - Once again same customization for Green Mortgages page change "a sustainable" to "financing a" in black just as the other one No original images files are available so have to modify existing site files or recreate (if necessary) new originals. If new files are created there source file type must be uploaded to server or sent via email etc. before final payment. Willing to do 1/2 down but only final payment upon full completion.
