Desktop application to connect to website(repost)

I am interested in quotes and ideas for a desktop based program, that will access information from a website and be able to post information to a website (the website has a form in the user control pannel) Application must be able to logon to users control pannel in website using username and password supplied by the user Application must be able to submit data to an online form within the website. Application must be able to extract data and picture content from the website, preferably able to export data to excel. What I would like is 1 splash screen 2 a small login screen - which posts details to [login to view URL] 3 when logged in you can see a two tabbed control pannel 1st tab should contain the admin data entry screen in web browser control 2nd tab should contain home screen in web browser control [login to view URL], when a web page opens in a new browser, instead of opening in a new browser, it should replace the content of the 2nd tab browser control I think this would be a simple task for an advanced programmer I would be interested in developing other features later Hope this make sense?
