athletics site php mods

I'm setting up a member-only athletics site from a purchased template (smarty + php source code). I require a couple fairly minor code modifications and paypal integration to improve functionality. ## Deliverables Mods needed to user registration on the site include: 1) automating user level designation: during registration, user must make one selection, their choice will set their 'user level' in the database. [currently only admin has manual control of levels, admin should also retain manual control] 2) paypal integration: a payment step will need to be added to registration. one level of users will be required to pay during registration 3) skip registration steps: currently a multi-part registration, the non-paid user level should skip a couple steps including the payment step and instead be directed to the 'thanks for registering' page.
