I am looking for some sort of advanced fraud control for my site.

Right now users sign up, they do fraud on my site, then sign up again (using proxies and such)

I know there are already proxy stopping software out there, but I want something more. I want to place some sort of advanced cookie or SOMETHING when I ban them, they stay banned. Right now, they changed IPs and make new accounts and do more fraud.

If you have advanced ideas, please let me know
