Automated Emails Are Not Displaying Properly

I have automated emails on my website which are sent out when certain actions take place on the website. The emails were working, but since we have moved the website to a new server the not all the automated email are formated properly. The emails are HTML emails, but in many email clients they display the HTML code rather than displaying the email as it should be. We require someone to fix this urgently.
