City / Community Portal System

I need to someone to install Portal for me. I prefer portal from [login to view URL] (very straight forward 15-20 min max.), if you have some other idea/system, please suggest. I would like to add drop down location list and couple other char fields in user registration page. I also like to add alumni function for users to add themself to schools and colleges created using admin function. I will provide you the PhP nuke template from boxedart.com. I post some of your example sites. If you would like to revise the price, please post your price in PM. I will go for lowest bid.
