ClipShare modification

Hello there, I need a coder who can develop this: 1. To make the groups like this [login to view URL] instead of this: [login to view URL], make disussion and ect, check through the [login to view URL] 2. Need to make this pages clean: [login to view URL] (outbox, compose)it should be more like a email pages, like hotmail, make folders, and move the mails there, delete and ect. and when composing a mail it should be able, to make smilies and ect, like in hotmail. 3. [login to view URL] the search funcion in members should be like that, instead of this: [login to view URL] And a small bug in some other pages, its just to move some tables. Not much. login to tubetamil: user: king123 / pass: king you can see how much is allready done, and just need to modify it. Please let me know what experince you have with clipshare and other sites. Dont bid to high, otherwise I cant hire you. Budget is: 150usd - 300usd, if I like your work, I dont mind to pay extra.
