Current Sales Quotes and Current Inventory -same login info

There are 2 database applications, accessible online, that will need to be developed as modules of the same website. Please see attached file, as a sample of the layout of the generated file that needs to be saved and emailed from within the application (for Module #1). !!! I'll need to provide a bid asap (by Friday evening). !!!! And sample to similar pojects you worked on Project 1 (module#1) - Current Sales Quotes The website will have a portal for dealers. A “Current Sales Quotes” link/button will take them to a login area. After they’ll login they’ll see a screen with the open and closed Sales Quotes the dealer has. These sales Quotes will be created online by the dealer or the manufacturing and each of them will be able to make modification to it. The modified versions of sales quotes should be saved in the database. There will be up to 90 precreated sort of form or templates the developer will create to be used to create the Sales Quote, each corresponding to a product. All of them will have the same 17 categories (see DOC file with scanned sample pages at the end: FATORY SETUP,…MASTER BATH…TOTAL), different established subcategories (Ex: for category “WINDOWS”: RELOCATE, GRIDS, OTHER), and each subcategories will have up to 5 options to choose from a drop-down menu. Also, there is for each subcategory a drop-down menu with up to 3 values to choose from (Ex: YES, STD, INC). The prices in the blank column (from the sample generated file – see attached PDF) should be taken from an Excel workbook file ( approx 15 tabs, each tab has approx 2-3 columns, 40-60 rows) that will provide the price options, based on selection they make. This Excel file with the Price Options will be modified often, so it is essential to be easy updatable in the DB. There is a requirement for the application to generate a file (PDF, HTML or RTF) with a layout similar to the one in the attachment (see DOC file we provide as sample ) and send it as an email to both manufacturing and the dealer that created the quote from within the application. A tracking number for the sales quote and an ID for the dealer that created the quote has to appear in the title of email sent and somewhere, on the generated file. Also a Sales Quote has to be found by manufacturer/dealer using a search feature on the tracking number. The DB application should have free support for minimum 3 months and 4h phone training during US business hours . Please mention the price/h for additional development work in the future on this project and for support (over the phone- we’ll call) Please mention the price/template if a Product Sales Quote Template (to the initial 90) is required to be added in the future. Project 2 (module #2) - Current Inventory + Search Inventory 1. A “Current Inventory” button will take to a login page for the dealer. Both DBs, the one in Project 1 and in this project should have the same login/password. After entering the CMS they’ll have to input/select manually the info for the house they have in inventory. There will be several fields (up to 10) most of them with drop-down values to choose from. (Ex: Dealer name, dealer ID, Number bedrooms, Number Bathroom, Price, SQ FT, Zip code, etc). An attach file button for JPG and PDF should be available. A dealer that logs in will also be able to search only his previous entries, using a search feature for these fields (drop-down lists). There are 15 dealers now and this number will grow to 50 in 1 year. The client wants to be able to add new dealers info from an easy to work with interface (no coding). 2. A “Search Inventory” button will be placed on the website and it will take visitors to a page where the search fields are (identical to the drop-down lists in the Current Inventory) that will search the Database created with the inputs of all dealers’ entries.
